### 1. はじめに
**PachiSCA（以下「本アプリ」）** は、ユーザーのプライバシー保護を最優先に設計されています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

### 2. カメラ映像・顔認識データの取り扱い（100% オンデバイス処理）
- **完全端末内処理**: 本アプリは、まばたき（閉眼）によるハンズフリーシャッター機能を実現するため、フロントカメラ（インカメラ）の映像からApple純正の `Vision` フレームワークを用いて目元の開閉度（EAR：Eye Aspect Ratio）をリアルタイムに算出します。
- **保存・外部送信の禁止**: フロントカメラから取得される映像や顔の特徴点データは、端末のメモリ上での一時的な判定処理にのみ使用され、**端末内への保存、開発者のサーバーへの送信、または第三者への提供は一切行われません**。
- **撮影画像の保存**: リアカメラ（背面カメラ）で撮影された写真データは、お客様のiPhone内の「写真」ライブラリ（専用アルバム `PachiSCA Scan`）にのみ保存されます。外部クラウドや外部サーバーへ自動送信されることはありません。

### 3. 使用する端末権限（パーミッション）
1. **カメラへのアクセス (`NSCameraUsageDescription`)**:
   - 書類・書籍の撮影（リアカメラ）および、まばたき検知によるシャッター操作（フロントカメラ）のためにのみ使用します。
2. **写真ライブラリへのアクセス (`NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription` / `NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription`)**:
   - 撮影したスキャン画像を端末内の写真ライブラリおよび専用アルバム `PachiSCA Scan` に保存・整理するためにのみ使用します。

### 4. 広告配信およびトラッキングについて (Google AdMob / ATT)
- 本アプリは無料で機能を提供するため、第三者配信の広告サービス **Google AdMob** を利用しています。
- iOSのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークに基づき、広告の最適化（パーソナライズド広告）のためのトラッキング許可をお客様に確認する場合があります。許可しない場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能を制限なくご利用いただけます。

### 1. Overview
**PachiSCA ("the App")** is designed with privacy first. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

### 2. Camera & Face Landmark Processing (100% On-Device)
- **Local Processing Only**: To enable hands-free shutter release via blink detection, the App analyzes front camera frames in real time using Apple's on-device `Vision` framework to calculate the Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR).
- **Zero Storage or Transmission of Face Data**: Front camera video frames and facial landmark coordinates exist solely in volatile memory during real-time detection. **They are never recorded, stored on disk, transmitted to any external server, or shared with third parties.**
- **Captured Photos**: Photos taken with the rear camera are saved exclusively to your device's local Photo Library (inside the `PachiSCA Scan` album) and are never uploaded to external servers by the App.

### 3. Device Permissions
1. **Camera Access**: Used solely for capturing documents/books (rear camera) and detecting eye blinks (front camera).
2. **Photo Library Access**: Used solely to save captured images into your local Photo Library (`PachiSCA Scan` album).

### 4. Advertising & App Tracking Transparency (Google AdMob)
- The App uses **Google AdMob** to display banner advertisements so the App can be offered for free.
- In accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, you may be asked whether to allow tracking for personalized ads. Even if you decline, all features of the App remain fully functional.
